# Notifications: Duplicate and Sync Alerts | Dedupely

## Notifications

Manage your email notifications in Dedupely, including scheduled duplicate reports, Auto Match alerts, and product updates.
All notification settings are available on all Dedupely plans, including the 7-day free trial.

### How to access Notifications Settings

These notifications are sent to the admin(s) and owner(s) of the account.
You can manage your email preferences from your profile. To access these settings:
- Click on your profile icon on the top right.
- Select "My Account".
- Navigate to the "Notifications" tab.

#### Duplicate Reports

Dedupely emails you a report of the duplicates across your connected CRMs.
Under the “Duplicate Report” section, use the Frequency dropdown menu to select your preferred delivery schedule:
- **Disabled:** You will not receive progress reports.
- **Weekly (Default):** Receive a summary report once a week.
- **Monthly:** Receive a summary report once a month.

#### New Duplicate Alerts

If you have configured a Duplicate Search to run in the background using the Auto Match feature, you can receive alerts when new records are flagged.
Check the "Get notified when new matches are found in Auto Match" box to enable this alert.
Dedupely emails you as soon as the matches in that Auto Match search reach the threshold you set for it.

#### Product Updates

Under the Dedupely Product Updates section, you can opt in or out of marketing and feature update emails by toggling the "Subscribe to Dedupely Product Updates" checkbox.
This preference does not affect account emails such as billing or security alerts.
